One team to rule them all.

I had the privilege of joining Be Connect, a small digital marketing agency specializing in social media, during its early days with a team of just a handful of employees.

Through my contributions in providing a wide range of services such as art and creative direction, trainings, design, templates, as well as my efforts in team management, I played a pivotal role in the agency's growth and expansion.

But it’s a truly collective effort and the contributions of each team member that allowed us to establish Be Connect as a notable player in the industry. Our hard work paid off as the company was eventually acquired by iO, and I am proud to have been a part of such a dedicated and talented team.

Rebranding.

I aimed to revamp the agency's branding with a bold and efficient visual identity that aligned with our core values as a social media agency, with a focus on the human experience.

Keynote.

I enhanced the design quality of our presentations, exemplified by the plug-and-play Seat campaign presentation pictured below, which featured high-quality mockups that were nearly ready for final implementation. This streamlined the campaign process and reduced the need for feedback.

Coaching.

As part of my role, I was dedicated to developing the team by evaluating, mentoring and coaching our junior designers and creatives to become social media specialists. After years of guidance, I am proud to say that they have reached a level of expertise where they no longer require my support.

Inspirational sessions.

As Art & Creative Director, I led numerous inspirational sessions for the team, diving deep into social media platforms like TikTok, new trends and best practices to uncover business opportunities for our clients. I personally crafted all keynote presentations, conducting research, designing and ending with a practical exercise.

Mid-management.

As part of middle management, I regularly met with upper management to discuss team happiness, current projects, work process optimization, and potential new opportunities. We also planned team events and parties.

Quality check.

As a social media specialist, I ensured all agency content met high standards in design and guidelines compliance, while preserving the original concept.

I collaborated closely with the media department to ensure the content was resonating with the target audience.

Additionally, we implemented an efficient process with intermediate reviews to streamline production time.
